Inspirational Card Sketches #28 and Simply Sassy Designs

Well it is that time again! I love Tuesdays because we get another wonderful sketch from Dawn at ICS! I really like this one there is so much that could be done with it. This week we also did a theme challenge. Christmas! Which is great because it will be here before we know it. It is hard to believe that it is August already. Where did the months go??

Enough of my ramblings. Here is this weeks lovely sketch.
And my take on it. I used the lovely candle digi stamp from Simply Sassy Designs. Isn't it great! I added just a hint of color to the candles so they weren't stark white, the base and flame are yellow then I added stickles to the flames and distress ink to the candle bases so they weren't so bright. I popped the first and last one off the page for some depth. I also added gold glimmer mist to 3 fabric flowers and added a pin that I put together.
