Simply Sassy Designs, challenges and a freebie!

I hope you all had a fun filled weekend. I know we did. And we were lucky that it didn't rain yesterday so our niece had a pretty day for her pool party. We were all thinking that it would end up being inside with all the rain we have had this week but it was really pretty yesterday. The rain was back about midnight though...lol.

I got alot of scrapping done this weekend here are a few cards I done. There are a few other projects as well but they will be posted later in the week.

I love this digi stamp from Simply Sassy. Basset hounds always look so sad to me. I wanted to keep this one simple so I distressed everything and popped the image up some.

supplies: Kaiser Kraft pp, cs??, Simply Sassy Designs digi stamp, The Robins Nest raindrops, Studio G stamps, Ranger distress ink, chalk and colored pencils

How cute is this image? This is another one from Simply Sassy, I think this is just precious.

Cupcake Crafts-green, pink, brown, animals and flowers
Caardvarks- baby card

supplies: Chatterbox pp, DCWV cs, Simply Sassy Designs digi stamp, Paperbilities rubons, The Robins Nest raindrops, Fiskars decorative circle punch, colored pencils.

I used the cupcake digi stamp from Lindseys Stamp Stuff for this one. I love that this one has a strawberry on it rather than a cherry! I colored the icing light pink and added stickles for some sparkle. I colored the paper light yellow as well but it is hard to see.

The Fresh Batch-sketch
Use It-ad challenge (I used brown and yellow from the pic), old tool (decorative scissors) and alpha stickers

supplies: Sassafrass pp, cs??, Doodlebug alpha stickers, Lindsey Stamp Stuff digi stamp, Ranger stickles, Catseye ink, colored pencils

Thanks for looking and I will be back tomorrow with some more projects as long as it doesn't rain again...ugh

Be sure to check out the Simply Sassy Blog. Sassy is giving away a free digi wordart sticker. So go by and grab it and be sure to check back here and with the other design team members because we will be working up some examples with it as well. I am hoping to have mine completed tomorrow!
