Today is the day for the new challenges at Stamp, Scrap and Doodle as well as Scrap and Stamp.

This week at Stamp, Scrap and Doodle we have Sew Many Cards as our sponsor. I of course used a Sew Many Cards image. Isn't Toga the Turtle just too cute. When I got this image it just screamed late birthday to me..lol. I kept this one very clean and simple. The challenge this week is to use buttons, bows and bling.

And this week at Scrap and Stamp we have Gauche Alchemy as our sponsor. Be sure to check out their store if you haven't before they have some really cool kits with all sorts of doo dads in them. The challenge for you is to use a non-traditional scrap item on your layout. It can be anything you can think. I used 2 types of mesh from Gauche Alchemy, one of them fells like the screen you would use on a screened in porch. It is awesome!!

The journaling reads...Easter '09, Sadly, this is the best pic from that day. But it makes me laugh. It reminds me of the hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil monkeys.
